Alicia is a registered and licensed dietitian who obtained her BS degree in Exercise Science from Hardin Simmons University and her MS degree in Exercise and Sports Nutrition from Texas Woman’s University. In 2008 Alicia joined The United Family® and has been making a difference ever since. When she’s not at work, Alicia is at home mastering the juggling act that is life, family and super momming.

Berries. My girls cannot get enough of them. I mix 2 cups of strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and blackberries with about ½-1 tsp of orange extract and about 1 tsp of powdered sugar. Both girls use both hands to get the berries in their mouths!
