5 Ingredient Pasta Dinner

Trendy foods and taking a foodie approach to better your health doesn’t have to be hard or have multiple ingredients. Take this weeknight dinner for example with 5 ingredients and hits all the food groups of my plate.

What You Need

1 box Banza Pasta

1 jar  (21oz) Signature Reserve truffle sauce (or a marinara of your choosing)

1 lb ground turkey

1 box, fresh zucchini zoodles (or 2 large zucchinis)

4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese

 How It’s Made:

  1. Brown the ground turkey
  2. Boil the pasta according to package directions
  3. Saute vegetables according to package directions
  4. Grate parmesan cheese
  5. Combine pasta, meat, sauce, and zoodles in a bowl and divide amongst 4 plates and sprinkle with cheese
