Asian Tilapia Bowl

Dressing isn’t just for salads these days! It can be used as a sauce in a meal or even as a meat marinade, like in this delicious Asian Tilapia Bowl. Get creative and be sure to keep your fridge and pantry tidy this year by using those sauces!
1 pound Tilapia (or fish of choice)
¼ cup O Organics Soy Ginger Dressing
2 bags frozen peas and carrots
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cook fish for 20 minutes. (Short on time? Let out Seafood counter steam it for you while you shop!)
Microwave frozen peas and carrots according to package.
Microwave grain mixture according to package.
Combine all ingredients and serve.
