Candy Corn Rice Crispy Treats

What You Need
- 1 bag mini marshmallows
- 6 c. rice cereal
- 6 Tbsp. unsalted stick butter
- Orange and yellow food coloring
How It’s Made:
- Cut a piece of parchment or wax paper to lay on counter
- Start white part by melting 1 Tbsp. butter in a microwave safe bowl (about 15 seconds)
- Add 1 c. marshmallows to butter mixture and microwave for 30 second intervals until marshmallows are smoothe (about 1 time)
- Add 1 cup cereal and mix
- Place on wax paper in a flattened 1” thick circle
- Start orange part by melting 2 Tbsp. butter in a microwave safe bowl (about 20 seconds)
- Add 2 c. marshmallows to butter mixture and microwave for 30 second intervals until marshmallows are smoothe (about 2 times)
- Add 5 drops orange food coloring and 2 cups cereal and mix (or you can mix 25 drops red and 50 drops yellow)
- Place evenly around the white circle flattened to a 1” thick
- Start yellow part by melting 3 Tbsp. butter in a microwave safe bowl (about 45 seconds)
- Add 3 c. marshmallows to butter mixture and microwave for 30 second intervals until marshmallows are smoothe (about 3 times)
- Add 5 drops yellow food coloring and 3 cups cereal and mix
- Place evenly around the orange circle flattened to a 1” thick
- Let cool for 30 minutes before cutting into 12 even triangular pieces
