4-Minute Chicken Taco Rice Bowls

When your heart is set on the Southwest, there’s only one thing left to do: make this blazing fast chicken taco rice bowl. This is the kind of dish that was made for toppings, so customize to your heart’s content!
What You Need:
- 1 cup microwaveable rice
- ¼ cup cooked, shredded chicken breast
- ¼ cup salsa
- ¼ cup grated cheddar cheese
How It’s Made:
- Microwave rice cup according to package instructions. Place rice in a serving bowl. Stir in chicken and salsa. Top with cheese. Microwave for approximately 30 more seconds to warm entire dish, if desired.
- Top with any additional ingredients of choice!
