Chickpea Pasta Salad In A Jar
Perfect as a side dish or on the go snack this fiber filled jar is delicious.
How It’s Made:
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Chop cherry tomatoes in half.
Dice cucumbers in quarters.
Drain and rinse chickpeas.
Layer the ingredients in the jar in the following order: ⅓ cup pasta, ¼ cup cucumber, ¼ cup chickpeas, ¼ cup tomatoes and finally garnishes as desired.
