Cinnamon Sugar Bunnies

We dialed back the sugar but turned up the cuteness on these cute easter bunnies! A perfect indulgence for your easter spread.

What You Need

  • 1 pkg. Frozen Puff Pastry Sheets (17.3 oz, 2 sheets in package)
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter, melted
  • 3 Tbsp. Cinnamon
  • ⅛ C. Sugar
  • Optional: Spray Whipped Cream

 How It’s Made:

  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Melt butter
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  4. On a nonstick surface place down 1 sheet of puff pastry
  5. Brush melted butter on puff pastry
  6. Combine sugar and cinnamon
  7. Sprinkle on cinnamon mixture leaving ½ inch on both sides clear
  8. Layer on top the second sheet of puff pastry and crip the sides
  9. Cut ½ inch strips horizontally
  10. Twist 2 times, leaving a 1 inch hole at the bottom and the cinnamon line facing up
  11. Place on parchment paper
  12. Bake for 15-17 minutes
  13. Optional: once cooled, spray a bit of cool whip on the circle part as a tail
