Epic Father’s Day Sandwich with Avocado Aioli

This Father’s Day sandwich is the perfect way to spoil dad. So head to the deli counter or online to grab these ingredients on your next trip!

What You Need

  • 2 slices Parmesan Pepper Bread
  • ¼ c. Watercress
  • 2 radishes
  • 4oz Pastrami
  • ⅓ Avocado
  • 1 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. Lemon
  • ½ tsp. Jalapeno
  • 1 tsp. Garlic
  • Salt and Pepper

 How It’s Made:

  1. Combine avocado, mayonnaise, lemon, jalapeno, garlic, salt and pepper to create aioli
  2. Thinly slice bread about ½ inch thick
  3. Spread aioli on each side of the sandwich
  4. Slice radishes paper thin
  5. Roughly chop watercress
  6. Add radishes and watercress to opposite sides of the bread
  7. Add sliced pastrami in the middle and combine the sides
