Foodie Friday – Primal Kitchen and Wholly Guacamole!
We all need a few easy and flavorful freezer staples when we need dinner to come together in a pinch. These Primal kitchen skillet meals really deliver an easy transition while packing a nutritious punch. You can eat them as is, or pair them up with things you probably already have hanging out in your pantry and fridge. Since they already have the protein and a some vegetable content we love adding in more veggies! This will not only help with adding in more flavor, but also adding more micronutrients, and fiber to help keep you and your family fuller longer. Here are a few of our recent ideas:
- Tacos/Burritos: Beef Skillet + La Tortilla factory low carb tortillas + wholly guacamole
- Salad: Beef Skillet + lettuce + onion + salsa + cheese + wholly guacamole
- Rice Bowl: Beef Skillet + Riced Cauliflower + Minute Brown Rice + Signature Kitchen frozen peppers and onions + wholly guacamole
- Stuffed Peppers: Beef Skillet + rice + tri-colored bell peppers + cheese + wholly guacamole
