Make ahead meals have always been a must-have on our list and during our country’s current climate we still have them stashed away in our freezer. The only necessity on our list are sandwich size bags or reusable for an eco friendly option.
Some of our favorite combos are:
-1 c. spinach, ½ c. pineapple, ⅓ of a medium avocado, ¼ c. oats, and water or milk to thin to desired consistency
-1 c. kale, ¼ c. peach, ¼ c. blueberry, 1.5 Tbsp. chia seeds, and water or milk to thin to desired consistency
-1 c. strawberry, 2 Tbsp. peanut butter, ½ c. yogurt, and water to thin to desired consistency
-1 c. spinach, ½ medium banana, ½ cherries, 1 Tbsp. cocoa powder, ½ c. milk to thin to desired consistency
