Fruit Pita Skulls

Our produce skeleton is making its way back this year with fresh fruit! Always so colorful and vibrant, these dia de los muertos skulls are a fun craft to get your kids involved in from start to finish.

What You Need

1 Pita 

2 Tbsp. greek yogurt

8 Blueberries

2 Raspberries

1 Kiwi

1 slice Peach

1 clementine

1 Strawberry

1 chunk pineapple

 How It’s Made:

  1. Cut a skull outline on a flat bread
  2. Smear on greek yogurt
  3. Peel clementine and take apart
  4. Cut a chunk of pineapple and in tiny strips
  5. Cut 3 rounds of kiwi out of the center
  6. Cut 1 kiwi in half
  7. Cut a strawberry in half and then a triangle to cut the green stem
  8. Place kiwi for eyes
  9. Place raspberries on top of kiwis
  10. Place blueberries on for eyebrows
  11. Place strawberry on for the nose
  12. Place half kiwi in cheek area and surround with clementines
  13. Place peach slice on the bottom and pineapple tidbits on both top and bottom
  14. Fill in spaces with additional clementines
