Gochujang Roasted Carrots
Sauces can sometimes get a bad wrap but this takes carrots to a whole new level. Enjoy a flavor of Asia with this fun and mildly spiced recipe!
What You Need
- 1 lb carrots
- 1 Tbsp gochujang
- 1 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp vinegar
How It’s Made:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Cover a pan with parchment paper
- Combine liquid ingredients in a bowl
- Toss in carrots to coat
- Pour them on the pan and cook for 25-30 minutes
