Gochujang Roasted Carrots

Sauces can sometimes get a bad wrap but this takes carrots to a whole new level. Enjoy a flavor of Asia with this fun and mildly spiced recipe!

What You Need

  • 1 lb carrots
  • 1 Tbsp gochujang
  • 1 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp vinegar

 How It’s Made:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Cover a pan with parchment paper
  3. Combine liquid ingredients in a bowl
  4. Toss in carrots to coat
  5. Pour them on the pan and cook for 25-30 minutes
