Grilled Peach & BBQ Salad

Peaches and BBQ go hand-in-hand and by adding it to a light and refreshing salad you’re sure to have a dinner time hit to satisfy everyone’s taste buds.

What You Need

  • 2 Peaches
  • 1 lb.Chicken
  • 1 head Romaine Lettuce
  • 1 head Iceberg Lettuce
  • 1 c. farro
  • 4 oz. feta
  • BBQ Sauce of choice

 How It’s Made:

  1. Boil water and cook farro according to package directions
  2. Grill chicken 
  3. Slice peaches in small slivers
  4. Chop lettuce and use half of each head and put in a big serving bowl
  5. Chop chicken and layer on lettuce
  6. Layer on peaches, farro and feta
  7. Drizzle on BBQ sauce
