Grilled Peach & BBQ Salad
Peaches and BBQ go hand-in-hand and by adding it to a light and refreshing salad you’re sure to have a dinner time hit to satisfy everyone’s taste buds.
What You Need
- 2 Peaches
- 1 lb.Chicken
- 1 head Romaine Lettuce
- 1 head Iceberg Lettuce
- 1 c. farro
- 4 oz. feta
- BBQ Sauce of choice
How It’s Made:
- Boil water and cook farro according to package directions
- Grill chicken
- Slice peaches in small slivers
- Chop lettuce and use half of each head and put in a big serving bowl
- Chop chicken and layer on lettuce
- Layer on peaches, farro and feta
- Drizzle on BBQ sauce
