Herb Gremolata

Gremolata are simple sauces that can be used for so many things. Use it as a marinade for chicken, rolled into a steak, topped on fish or any roasted vegetable and we could keep going. It’s a zesty “sauce” that comes together so quickly and with all your new herbs that you’ve planted with the help of our grow with us segments it’s time to start trimming and eating!

What You Need

1 c. Parsley

¼ c. Mint

1 Tbsp. Garlic

Salt and Pepper as desired

1/2 , Small Lemon, Juiced

¼ c.Olive Oil

 How It’s Made:

  1. Mince all herbs and add to a bowl
  2. Add salt and pepper as desired, olive oil and lemon juice and zest and combine

Serves 6
