Lightened Up Peppermint Cheesecake Mousse

During this season it can be challenging especially when there are so many decadent foods that compete for your 20%. With that in mind swapping a few decadent ingredients for lighter versions can make these foods fun and still accomplish the end result of what you’re looking for. Cue this lighter yet simply satisfying peppermint cheesecake mousse with 3 easy ingredients.

What You Need

1 box SF cheesecake pudding

2 c. skim milk

1 Tub fat free cool whip

½ tsp peppermint extract

1 candy cane for garnish

 How It’s Made:

  1. Mix all ingredients and chill for 3 hours
  2. Garnish with crushed candy canes
