Cue this lighter yet simply satisfying peppermint cheesecake mousse with 3 easy ingredients.
What You Need
1 box SF cheesecake pudding
2 c. skim milk
1 Tub fat free cool whip
½ tsp peppermint extract
1 candy cane for garnish
How It’s Made:
- Mix all ingredients and chill for 3 hours
- Garnish with crushed candy canes
