Maple Dijon Salmon Dinner

Family time is so precious and getting dinner on the table can sometimes be a process. Let us help you with our favorite, complimentary meal solution: in-store steaming at the seafood counter (which takes about 10 minutes)! Once you get home, with the hard part out of the way, you can focus on toasting up the almonds, microwaving the rice, and creating a sauce in 5 minutes.


1 lb Steamed salmon from the seafood counter 

2 Tbsp. olive oil

1 Tbsp. dried rosemary

1 tsp. thyme

2 tsp. maple syrup

2 tsp. Dijon mustard

1, 12oz steamable bag green beans

¼ cup slivered almonds

1 bag 90-second brown rice


Toast slivered almonds in a non-stick pan for 5 minutes

Microwave green beans and brown rice

In a bowl combine olive oil, maple syrup, mustard seeds, dried thyme, and dried rosemary

Spoon rice on plate, topped with green beans and almonds

Place a piece of salmon on to and drizzle with sauce
