National Pina Colada Day

I’ll have a Pina Colada please, but make it virgin! These tropical flavors while using local honey takes us to some place tropical and breezy during these local hot days. Grab this fresh yogurt parfait for a light and airy breakfast or snack.

What You Need

1, 5.3 oz Chobani Pineapple Greek Yogurt

¼ c. canned pineapple

¼ small Banana (about ¼ c.)

⅔ c. Kashi Go Honey Almond Cereal

1 Tbsp. Unsweetened Coconut Flakes

 How It’s Made:

  1. Slice bananas and pineapple and mix together
  2. Mix together granola and unsweetened coconut 
  3. Layer ingredients in the following order in your mason jar: yogurt, half of the granola, fruit, yogurt, and the other half of granola
