Pulled Pork Cast-Iron Nachos
Whether it’s a game day or a weeknight bbq meal delight, these nachos are a winning combo from start to finish from the pulled pork to the fall apples.
What You Need
- 1 lb Pork tenderloin
- 4 servings of chips (about 52 chips)
- 1 small Apple
- 1 Avocados
- 4oz Cheddar Cheese
- 1 bunch Green onion
- ¼ head Lettuce
- ½ cup BBQ Sauce of choice
- ½ cup Pico
- 4 Tbsp. Greek Yogurt
- 1 bunch Cilantro
How It’s Made:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Bake pork tenderloin for 45-60 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165
- Shred the pork tenderloin
- Take a large cast iron skillet and make 2 layers: chips, pork tenderloin, cheese, apple, pico, cilantro, BBQ sauce, and repeat.
- Top with a dollop of greek yogurt, lettuce and avocado
