Pulled Pork Cast-Iron Nachos

Whether it’s a game day or a weeknight bbq meal delight, these nachos are a winning combo from start to finish from the pulled pork to the fall apples.

What You Need

  • 1 lb Pork tenderloin
  • 4 servings of chips (about 52 chips)
  • 1 small Apple
  • 1 Avocados
  • 4oz Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 bunch Green onion
  • ¼ head Lettuce
  • ½ cup BBQ Sauce of choice 
  • ½ cup Pico
  • 4 Tbsp. Greek Yogurt
  • 1 bunch Cilantro

 How It’s Made:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Bake pork tenderloin for 45-60 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165
  3. Shred the pork tenderloin
  4. Take a large cast iron skillet and make 2 layers: chips, pork tenderloin, cheese, apple, pico, cilantro, BBQ sauce, and repeat.
  5. Top with a dollop of greek yogurt, lettuce and avocado
