Pumpkin Corn Bread

Corn bread is a popular staple in our pantry but it’s getting a facelift with the seasonal favorite, pumpkin. Add that extra punch with the pumpkin spice spice and it’s great anytime of day.

What You Need

  • 1 box jiffy corn bread
  • ½ c. pumpkin
  • 1 egg
  • ⅓ c. milk
  • 1 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • Dash sage

 How It’s Made:

  1. Preheat oven to 425
  2. Mix wet ingredients
  3. Add dry ingredients and combine
  4. Add liners to muffin tins
  5. Fill a little under ⅔ full
  6. Bake for 15 minutes
