Pumpkin Granola

There is something special about homemade granola and even more with fall spices. This filling granola is a great project to get the kids involved in the kitchen as well!

What You Need

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup pistachios
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • ¼ c. maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon

 How It’s Made:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. On a large baking sheet place a piece of parchment down and spread the mixture out evenly
  3. Incorporate all ingredients into a bowl and mix evenly
  4. Bake for 20 minutes at a time stirring between each round. You will do about 2-3 rounds depending on how crunchy you want your mixture to be
