Salmon Dip

Dips and spreads during this time of year are always popular. Adding one that has more protein and fat can help keep you fuller longer. Serve alongside some whole grain crackers or vegetables to increase the nutrition content.

What You Need

5 oz Smoked Salmon

¼ c. Creme fraiche

¼ c. nonfat plain Greek Yogurt

1 lemon

1 small shallot

1 pkg chives

1 tsp. Horseradish

 How It’s Made:

  1. Roughly shred salmon with a fork
  2. Mince chives
  3. Mix together creme fraiche, greek yogurt, lemon, shallot and horseradish
  4. Stir in salmon
  5. Top with chives
  6. Serve with vegetables and crackers
