Turkey Sub sandwich with an Maple Mayo
Whether you’re keeping your labor day meal plans simple or extravagant this sub can deliver for both. Keep it simple by making yourself a single sandwich or make it extravagant by building a few and lining them up lengthwise for a sure-to-wow presentation for easy grab and go access.
What You Need
- ⅙ loaf Ciabatta bread, from bakery
- ⅛ small Green apple
- 3 oz sliced deli Boars Head Maple Glazed Turkey
- 1 tsp. Maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. mayo
- ½ oz. Brie
- ½ c. Lettuce, packed
- 1 small roma Tomato
How It’s Made:
- Cut open bread loaf
- Mix maple syrup and mayo
- Spread a thin layer on one side of bread
- Slice apples and tomatoes in thin slices
- Layer on turkey, apples, tomato slices, and lettuce
- Spread the brie on the opposite side and “seal” up the sandwich with this side on top
