Turkey Sub sandwich with an Maple Mayo

What You Need

  • ⅙ loaf Ciabatta bread, from bakery
  • ⅛ small Green apple
  • 3 oz sliced deli Boars Head Maple Glazed Turkey
  • 1 tsp. Maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. mayo
  • ½ oz. Brie
  • ½ c. Lettuce, packed
  • 1 small roma Tomato

 How It’s Made:

  1. Cut open bread loaf
  2. Mix maple syrup and mayo
  3. Spread a thin layer on one side of bread
  4. Slice apples and tomatoes in thin slices
  5. Layer on turkey, apples, tomato slices, and lettuce
  6. Spread the brie on the opposite side and “seal” up the sandwich with this side on top
