Welcome to the New Year!

Welcome to the new year! This time of year we see health and wellness resolutions pop up with everything from small changes to big ideals. So we want to know what your goals are! Where do you need support this year? We’re here for you with new ideas, recipes, trendy products, talking through the latest science of how food can better your overall wellness and so much more. If you haven’t been in our stores lately we want to send a reminder that with the changes you are making, we have a wonderful health tag program that can help you start making those changes. Maybe you’re focusing on changes like reducing sodium in the diet, limiting added sugars, including more whole grains, and so on. There is so much to add here in the new year that we encourage you to see what you can add to your health and wellness goals. 

Some of the health initiatives we’ve seen as interest lately are: low carb, low sodium, no added sugar, no added sugar, low fat, excellent source of fiber, excellent source of protein, whole grain, non-GMO. These are all excellent ways to learn to include more things in the diet like more produce, lean meats, low fat dairy and more!
